Meet Mariana Luna:
Your Partner in Conscious and Embodied Polyamory

Hello! I’m Mariana Luna (they/them). I am a certified Transformational Life Coach and somatic bodyworker specializing in polyamory and non-monogamy. By integrating mindfulness, energy healing, and the Pantarei Approach, I provide a grounded space for people to navigate the complexities of their relationships with clarity and confidence.

My story

From Sausalito to Berlin
I’m originally from Sausalito, California, and I grew up in a Mexican Catholic family, attending Catholic school through my teens. During those years, I struggled to fully accept my bi/pansexuality and my unconventional orientation toward relationships. I’ve always known I was queer and polyamorous, but for a long time, I didn’t have the words or frameworks to make sense of it. I thought something was wrong with me.

Everything shifted during a chance conversation with a polyamorist on a plane to San Diego when I was 18. For the first time, I felt seen. I learned that other relationship structures existed, and more importantly, I realized I wasn’t alone. That conversation at 18 opened the door to a journey I have been walking for over 15 years, a path of greater freedom, curiosity, and self-acceptance.

Coming Home to the Body and the Heart

In many ways, I’ve always been a coach, healer, and guide. I spent seven years coaching sailing, helping kids pursue their competitive dreams on the water. Later, I earned a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley. In 2014, I moved to Berlin, where I live today.

After working for various international NGOs, I went through a mental health crisis brought on by chronic stress and a profound disconnection from my true self. This turning point became the catalyst for my own healing and my decision to retrain as a specialized life coach and healer.

Throughout all of this, polyamory has remained a core part of my life and relationships. I’ve practiced non-monogamy in many forms, and the path has taught me countless deep, difficult, and transformative lessons. I’ve navigated heartbreak and healing, communication breakdowns and breakthroughs, jealousy and joy. I’ve also experienced some of the most expansive, loving, and growth-filled relationships of my life.

This path hasn't been easy or linear, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m grateful for the challenges, the lessons, and the opportunity to walk this journey and to support others as they walk theirs.

I have also completed hundreds of hours of communication and facilitation trainings, including classes on nonviolent communication, trauma informed mindfulness, somatic healing and coaching, conscious kink and BDSM, sexuality, and polyamory.
